Recently while on vacation I visited this dealership. We were all amazed at how awesome these guys were. From letting us borrow an office, to giving great ride advise and sharing their knowledge of the area it was all greatly appreciated. Brad-64 was the third exit-you won! We had a great ride back to Clarksville on 64. Hit 7 and 16 the following day-great advise from all of you. Thanks again for being so willing to help us out! Highly recommend this dealership if you are in their area.

In my recent trip to Harrison I had an issue and was unable to shift my motorcycle. I was within minutes of the Dealership. My previous experience with dealership had prepared me to cancel my trip. I was greeted as I walked through the door. I explained my problem and was immediately directed to service. I was greeted by Cameron and the service manager. Guess what? They got me right in and quickly repaired my problem. Not that the needed repair was difficult but the attitude , courteousness and helpfulness is what stands out to me. I cannot thank all of you at Toad Suck Harley enough for your the way you treated me. I will wear my new t-shirt with pride. A special thanks to Cameron for all the useful information and special care he extended.

Went to Toad Suck Harley to buy a new bike and the staff were outstanding!!! They answered any questions I had, went in to detail so I understood everything. Everyone there was very professional and down right friendly. They made my wife and I feel very welcomed. The salesman Warren is an outstanding person as is everyone else.

Barry and Kirby went above and beyond to help me. I came to the dealership at closing and they took the time out to stay and help me with the purchase of a 2020 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Fat Boy. This is my first Harley-Davidson and might be my last but if its not, I will definitely do business with these two gentlemen again. Would never consider any other dealership.

Be nice to have my bike back , ordered over $5k in parts for a stage 4 big bore build , didnt receive notice that the kit was delayed, several weeks , I was assured that when the parts arrived I would be contacted , THE BALL WAS DROPPED AGAIN ! Continued with the build , flywheel assembly was sent to machine shop , after nearly two weeks the part was returned for install , it was not done correctly, build stalled and was dismantled for rework at machine shop , Bike is built now but got pushed out of line at the Dyno in Little Rock , bike has been in Little Rock since last Thursday and today is Wednesday. Dropped my bike off on Jun 19 today is Aug 5 ! VERY FRUSTRATED

I was on a big road trip with my buddies, from Atlanta to the mountains of Colorado. About 100 miles from Toad Suck my bike started sputtering. By the time I got to Toad Suck, I barely made it in the parking lot. Service came out and took a look. In under an hour, my bike was running perfectly. Made it to Colorado and back to Atlanta with no problems. Thanks Toad Suck.

At the end of my 600 mile trip I started having some break problems. Thank God for these guys. I pulled in, told them my issue and they jumped right on it. I had a nail in my tire for one, and the bearings in the rear had gone bad. These guys were better than awesome! They were straight up, up front and showed me everything that was going on. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I have to say they are the absolute best service center I have ever had dealings with. Just want to give a big thank you to these guys! if you're ever in the area, you have to stop in! Oh, and the Motor Clothes department was awesome as well!! Thanks again!!

I only went to the Toad Suck Harley Davidson to buy some poker for a friend and left with a 2015 Harley Davidson Tri-Glide Trike and couldn't be happier.. The first person I met was Faith who worked in clothing accessories, I told her I was curious about the Trike out in the parking lot. She was very friendly and walked me over to the Manager Kirby who invited me into his office and we started talking. He told me he could get me on it today and he did. We had another bond, we are both Marines. I have tell you the entire staff at the Toad Suck Harley Davidson extended such courtesy to me while I was there I would highly recommend them to anyone. I would like to say that Faith, The Manager Kirby and Warren in sales went above and beyond to get me on the trike and to make sure I had the right equipment to start my riding experience. Because of these three individuals and the rest of the staff at this dealership I will not take my business any where else and I want to thank every one for a great no pressure experience. This was my first experience in the Harley Davidson world, and I bought a used Sportster at this dealership, which they gave me an incredible deal on. With the purchase they recommended the warranty and tire protection and a week later I got a nail in my tire so it saved me a lot of money right away! There was also a scratch in my gas tank when I purchased it, and they painted and sanded over that and now you can't even tell it was ever there. I purchased non Harley bags and they went above and beyond to fit them to my bike, which was incredible, as well as fitting a Harley windshield to my bike. Every time I go into the dealership they're nothing but helpful with all my questions and concerns regarding my bike, and just recently I went in with a sticky throttle and they had it taken care of within 30 minutes. Overall they just do a phenomenal job with taking care of me and my motorcycle in every way possible and I could not be more grateful for their service!

We try to catch you guys open when we're riding west / return from the west -- this last time was one of the best experiences. want to mention by name, Cindy Norphy -- you may have a small location, but you got folks with big hearts and a willingness to go the extra mile for folks that stop in. I wanted a particular style toad shirt and Cindy really went out of her way to help me find exactly what I wanted - not a real big purchase but that did not matter to her - she was so helpful and made our stop worth the effort..... And this is why we try to stop in everytime we come thru -- there are no other Harley shops that we even attempt to make while in Arkansas, except for this one! Thank Cindy again for making your dealership a must stop each time we come thru.

What an experience I/we had in the purchase of my 2018 Tri Glide, all was a smooth as I have ever experienced from first starting to chat with Lisa then from there we went to "Big" Bob from there we looked/listen to the sound of this awesome machine and from there I was "hooked".
Our next person to have dealt with was Phillip who had all the "paperwork" filled out to include the transfer of the license plates to the new Bike, as smooth business deal as I have ever experienced.
From there we found ourselves dealing with Jason Beckwith, John Henard and Chad Fazal in the ordering accessories, All were most helpful in their own fields of work. Dealt most with Jason who was/has been there to answer any questions that comes to mind. All are "diamond" employees and although I interacted with Jason the most, my recommendation would be make every effort to "keep" these employees. Not enough good can be said about them.
Have ridden the Trike for approx. 500 miles and what a difference the larger engine makes
Based on my experience I would give Toad Suck Harley Davidson a "thumbs-up" to buy from them and if ask that will be my recommendation.

Me and my wife are enjoying our new 2018 anniversary limited edition ultra glide. My wife had went to Jonesboro to buy a new bike, but apperently she wasn't dressed properly for or didn't meet there criteria, no big loss! from the minute me and my wife stepped into Toad Suck Harley, it was like we were with friends. On 9/30/2017 we had the pleasure of spending some time at Toad Suck H-D. We were at Petit Jean Mountain for the weekend attending a Motor Maid motorcycle activity. When we got up Saturday morning to ride over to where the motorcycle games were going to be held, Toms Ultra Limited wouldnt start. He was pretty sure it was the battery since it had been a little slow to start the previous day. He contacted HOG Roadside Assistance to see about having a battery delivered to us at the lodge we were staying at but they didnt seem to know if that was something that could be done or not. They gave Tom the number for Toad Suck which he then called. They offered to send a truck out to pick up the bike and even a battery, but they were short-handed and didnt know when they could make it out. After sitting for a little while, the Ultra started up so we decided to ride over to the dealership and not wait for them to come to us. When we arrived at Toad Suck, we were honestly blown away at the wonderful customer service we received. John, in the service department, was very helpful and friendly. Every employee we came in contact with was extremely friendly; asking if we needed anything or just stopping by to chat for a few minutes. We really enjoyed talking with Kurt and learning about his military service. Great young man! I really appreciated the employee who shook the vending machine for me so my stuck Chex Mix would fall down. We would highly recommend Toad Suck to anyone needing repairs done to their bike. Thank you for getting us back on the road so quicklysure didnt want to ride back to Petit Jean in the dark.

Living in a small town at the foot of the beautiful Ozark mountains is great. Having our own local 5 star (IMHO) Harley Davidson dealer in that same small town is awesome! Unfortunately it is easy to take the friendly sales staff and incredible service department for granted and just assume that everyone else already knows it. Well, in case you don't, let me climb up here on this soap box and declare that Jim (Service), Bob (Sales), Sambo (Parts) just to name a few, make every trip to the dealership like visiting family. They have all gone out of their way to make my dealer experience great every time I stop in. Additionally, the dealerships support of the local HOG chapter is second to none. Keep up the great work guys!

My son and I were just driving through the state and saw the sign from the freeway and decided to stop.
The friendliest staff I have ever met at a HD dealership. A young man in front of the store said hi and offered us water before we even got off our bikes. The young lady in the clothing dep was very help and offered great suggestions. They have awesome t- shirt designs! The guys in the sales department were very friendly and were ready to answer any questions or just chitchat about bikes. A man in the service department was very willing to help me with some technical advice on my bike. Outstanding dealership!
